Project Manager & Installations Lead Position Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

Our client is a well-established company in Malta specializing in high-end design, bespoke furniture, and custom installations for both residential and commercial spaces. Known for their creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, they deliver tailor-made projects that combine aesthetics with functionality.

They are now seeking a Project Manager & Installations Lead (Hands-On) to join their growing team. This position offers a dynamic mix of project management, site coordination, and practical installation work perfect for someone who enjoys both planning and doing.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing installations, managing teams and subcontractors on larger projects, and taking a hands-on approach for smaller works.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organizing and scheduling works, deliveries, and site logistics
• Supervising on-site operations and ensuring quality standards are met
• Checking goods at carrier hubs and coordinating transport arrangements
• Assisting with quotations and project documentation
• Carrying out light installations, furniture assembly, and small maintenance tasks
• Handling deliveries using the company vehicle
• Preparing parcels and supporting upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and equipment

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile individual with solid coordination skills and a practical mindset.

You should have:

• Experience in project coordination or site supervision (construction, interiors, or related fields)
• A valid driving license
• The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• A positive, hands-on attitude and great communication skills
• Experience in masonry, electrics, plumbing, A/C, or CCTV would be an asset, though not essential
