Job Description

We are seeking skilled Plasterers to join our client’s dynamic team. A leading company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality furniture, stairways, flooring, timber, wood products & accessories, construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, stainless steel & steel work. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and durable finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

The contract is provided directly by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing any debris or loose materials.
• Apply plaster, stucco, or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or spraying equipment.
• Smooth and level surfaces using trowels, brushes, or other appropriate tools.
• Create texture patterns or decorative finishes as required.
• Repair damaged or cracked plaster using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Ensure plaster is mixed and prepared correctly to achieve desired consistency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate projects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer, preferably in the construction industry.
• Able to use GR 1000.
• Proficiency in plastering techniques, including applying and smoothing plaster, creating texture patterns, and performing repairs.
• Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their appropriate applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in plastering or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, stainless steel & steel work.
