Key Responsibilities:

- Quotation Preparation: Develop and provide accurate and competitive quotations for potential projects.
- Personnel Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for construction personnel to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Instruction Delivery: Provide clear and concise instructions to personnel, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Trained in Construction Management with a minimum of MQF Level 6.
- Candidates without construction management training will also be considered, as training will be provided.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
