Our client, a new hotel in Sliema, is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to manage overnight operations. This role combines front desk responsibilities with accounting tasks to ensure smooth and secure hotel operations during the night.🏨
Key Responsibilities:
- Night Audit: Balance and reconcile all hotel accounts, preparing end-of-day reports.
- Guest Services: Check in late arrivals, handle guest inquiries, and manage check-outs.
- Security: Monitor security systems, perform safety checks, and respond to emergencies.
- Reporting: Generate daily financial and operational reports for management.
- Accounting: Process payments, verify transactions, and maintain financial records.
- Administration: Handle guest information, reservations, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous hotel or night audit experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma required; hospitality or accounting degree is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
