Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and execute creative and seasonally inspired menus that reflect the culinary vision of the restaurant.
• Lead and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Conduct regular menu tastings and training sessions to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
• Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source the finest and freshest ingredients while managing food costs effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to keep our restaurants at the forefront of culinary excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in restaurants.
• Local experience in Malta is essential.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for delivering extraordinary dining experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
