Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the UI team to conceptualize and enhance user interface designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Support the creation and refinement of marketing materials to align with the brands visual identity.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the website by identifying and implementing UI updates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design digital assets such as logos, banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all visual designs align with the overall brand strategy and contribute to brand development efforts.
  • Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make improvements to the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to implement into ongoing projects.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in animation using tools like Spine 2D or Adobe After Effects.
  • Knowledge of brand development and creating a cohesive visual identity.
  • Previous experience working remotely in a team environment.
