Flooring Project and Sales Coordinator Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Flooring Project and Sales Coordinator** to manage flooring installation projects, conduct site inspections, coordinate teams, and support sales efforts. This full-time role combines hands-on project management with direct client interaction and sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Project Management:** Oversee all aspects of flooring installations, including scheduling, coordination, and quality assurance, to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• **Team Coordination:** Work closely with installation crews and subcontractors to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
• **Site Readiness & Inspections:** Visit project sites before installation to verify readiness, assess potential issues, and ensure realistic schedules.
• **Lead Identification & Pre-Sales:** Actively identify potential flooring and carpeting opportunities and support the sales team in developing new business.
• **Sales of Ancillary Products:** Sell related commercial equipment, such as vacuums and maintenance systems, to clients.
• **Client Communication:** Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in flooring, construction, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A self-starter who can work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Preferred:

A background in commercial flooring or related industries, with a solid understanding of installation and product knowledge.
