- To perform and oversee the daily movements and schedule part-time drivers accordingly.
- To replace the Fleet executive when needed and support the Sales Manager in the general day-to-day running of the department.Â
- To oversee the correct updating of the car inspection sheets.
- To support and replace employees when on sick and/or leave or when necessary.Â
- To assist clients on the phone in any emergency car breakdown during office hours.Â
- To provide petty cash for the drivers as needed and fill out the cash approval form accordingly.
- To perform minor electrical and mechanical work on any leasing cars.

Qualifications and Experience:
