The Job:

• Apart from the day-to-day work, the Financial Controller will be reporting directly to the CFO and s/he will be preparing monthly management statements in a timely manner to allow the review of the company’s financial performance. 
• Actively leading the preparation of the yearly budget and regular forecasts together with other department Managers and the CFO. 
• Preparing of cash flows, VAT returns, and financial information relative to upcoming and existing projects or business opportunities. 
• Acting as the first line of contact of the external auditors to ensure a prompt and accurate preparation of the statutory audit. 
• Ensuring the timely monitoring of debtors, credit control, and effective reporting to the Group CFO and senior management as required.  
• S/he will support the accounts staff with daily monitoring of cash settlements and accounts receivables and motivate and lead the members of the finance team on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Proven work experience in a similar position
• ACCA qualification or equivalent
