Customer Care Associate Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

Our client’s team is growing and we’re currently looking to recruit Customer Care Associates.

If you’re interested in customer care and would like to work within a dynamic team and a family-friendly environment, then this is ideal for you. Whilst customer experience helps, we provide full on-the-job training, and your expertise will eventually be needed for a career in the insurance industry. Training sponsorships are also offered to work towards getting certified if that is what you’d like.

About You

• You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and an ability to relate well to people.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing and who is able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

• An advanced level of education
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
• Experience in a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset
