Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive with a strong background in eCommerce, online retail, or iGaming. The ideal candidate will be based in Spain, fluent in Spanish, and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce, PowerBI, and SQL queries. The role involves managing and optimizing CRM systems to drive customer engagement and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data and generate reports using PowerBI and SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM strategies.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, online retail, or iGaming.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, PowerBI, and SQL.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) near Barcelona.
