Our client, the exclusive distributor for MTU/Rolls Royce Solutions in Malta, Greece, Cyprus, and Libya, is seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder to join our team. 🌟🔧
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing materials: Selecting and preparing the appropriate aluminium materials for welding, including cleaning and grinding surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
- Setting up welding equipment: Configure and set up welding equipment such as welding machines, gas tanks, and related tools according to the specific requirements of the aluminum welding process.
- Welding aluminum components: Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG) to join aluminum components accurately and securely, following industry standards and safety protocols.
- Ensuring quality and precision: Monitor and inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. Make adjustments as necessary to achieve precision.
- Repairing and modifying structures: Conduct repairs and modifications on existing aluminum structures and components as needed, troubleshooting, and resolving welding-related issues.
- Maintaining safety standards: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to prevent
- accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Use appropriate personal protective
- equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.
