Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support their Compliance Unit. This role involves assisting the Compliance team with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain filing systems for the department.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain department lists and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance team as necessary.
- Plan meetings and take minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports.
- Compile statistics for senior management.
- Provide general support to senior management.
Education, Qualification & Certification:
- MQF Level 3 and/or any other qualification in administrative and secretarial duties.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Competency with MS Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong team player.
Languages:
- Maltese: Excellent proficiency.
- English: Excellent proficiency.
- Spanish: Any level is considered an asset.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar administrative role is an asset but not required.
- Experience in a regulated industry will be positively considered.
