Labourer Contract by Outreach Recruitment Only residing in Malta

In a team built on specialized expertise and precision, the Labourer plays a vital supporting role. You’ll work alongside highly skilled tradespeople, assisting with a variety of tasks across different projects. This is not a “do-it-all” role; it’s about being the reliable foundation that helps our specialists perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist tradespeople (e.g. electricians, tilers, plasterers, HVAC technicians) with daily tasks
• Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas and materials
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Perform basic demolition, digging, or assembly tasks as required
• Operate hand tools and small machinery under supervision
• Follow instructions from supervisors to support job execution
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site cleanliness
• Respond flexibly to different job needs across multiple skill areas

Requirements:

• English is a must
• Valid International Driving License
• Previous experience in construction or general labour preferred
• Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasks
• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions closely
• Basic knowledge of tools and job site practices
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid health and safety certification (e.g. CSCS, OSHA or local equivalent)
• Experience assisting multiple trades in construction or maintenance projects
