Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to daily HR-related queries.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Time & Attendance records.
- Supporting the monthly payroll process.
- Uploading documents to the HR digital platform.
- Participating in both corporate and local projects as needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of HR and training statistics and reports.
- Submitting NSO statistics quarterly or as required.
- Assisting in the coordination of processes related to temporary workers, interns, and students.
- Coordinating logistics for training activities.
- Supporting the recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Participating in CSR and volunteering initiatives.
- Staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the HR department.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Degree-level qualification in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with the TCN Single Permit Procedure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Languages:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
