Our client, a leading player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Maintain payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and other compensation-related adjustments.
• Utilize Indigo Payroll Software to manage and execute payroll tasks, ensuring timely payments.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax calculations, and other compensation-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and liaise with authorities when necessary.
• Manage pension contributions, benefits, and other statutory payments.
• Generate payroll reports and perform reconciliations for month-end and year-end processes.
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and legislative changes that affect payroll procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a payroll role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Indigo Payroll Software.
• Familiarity with payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
• Relevant payroll qualifications or certifications are a plus.
