Job Description

Our client is a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality furniture, stairways, flooring, timber, wood products & accessories, construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, stainless steel & steel work.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Custom Carpentry section. This mid-management role requires hands-on leadership, client interaction, and operational oversight to ensure smooth production and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their carpentry needs and project requirements.
  • Take accurate on-site measurements for custom projects.
  • Prepare and issue detailed quotes.
  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters and helpers, assigning tasks based on team capacity and project deadlines.
  • Oversee the maintenance of machinery, tools, and inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the production process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Proven experience in carpentry, custom furniture, and furniture installation.
  • Ability to manage teams, delegate work, and meet project timelines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Experience with section machinery and inventory management is a plus.
