Job Description
Our client is offering a role in their Malta office and primarily focused on the local market. The Growth Executive GE shall be responsible for answering incoming requests, updating software systems, informing the clients about the web shops capabilities, and liaising with our supplier partners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to opportunities promptly using software tools, emails, and phone calls.
- Providing the customer with a personalized experience by explaining website functionality on the phone, emails and using teams.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Visiting customers to form long lasting relationships by illustrating the company concept as well as explaining website functionality.
- Organizing workshops or demos at the customer.
- Liaising with suppliers in relation to opportunities.
- Performing costings on non-codified items.
- Submitting quotes to customers.
- Support other members of the team from time to time.
- Maintaining customer database.
Characteristics of who we are looking for:
- A self-starter who is energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Drive to complete tasks using honest and compassionate customer facing tactics.
- Strong command of Maltese and English.
- Possess a driving license and their own means transportation.
- Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft office suite.
