Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the construction site
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and effective execution
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in managing teams and resources efficiently
  • Valid B Driving License 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Construction Engineering (MQF Level 4) or an equivalent qualification
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, best practices, and safety regulations
