Our client, a well-established real estate company, is seeking organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support their growing team. This role focuses on administrative duties, including updating entries and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Candidates who are fluent in Maltese and possess strong administrative skills are highly encouraged to apply. Whether you’re experienced in the industry or just starting out, training will be provided to help you integrate smoothly into the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage property listings and client records in the company’s database
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and reference
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation, contracts, and reports
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage schedules and appointments, assisting with meeting preparations

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Maltese (both spoken and written) is essential
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment
