Join our esteemed client in the automotive industry as a Fleet Coordinator! If you’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role, this opportunity is for you! 🚗

  • To perform and oversee the daily movements and schedule part-time drivers accordingly.
  • To replace the Fleet executive when needed and support the Sales Manager in the general day-to-day running of the department. 
  • To oversee the correct updating of the car inspection sheets.
  • To support and replace employees when on sick and/or leave or when necessary. 
  • To assist clients on the phone in any emergency car breakdown during office hours. 
  • To provide petty cash for the drivers as needed and fill out the cash approval form accordingly.
  • To perform minor electrical and mechanical work on any leasing cars.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • O’level Standard
