Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
• Recommend hairstyles and treatments based on clients’ hair types and preferences.
• Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and the workspace.
• Build and maintain a strong client base by delivering exceptional service.
• Handle customer appointments and manage time effectively to minimize wait times.
• Assist with salon duties and teamwork to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser in a salon setting.
• Certification or diploma in Hairdressing or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of hairdressing techniques and products.
• Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese is an advantage.
