Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of custom branding solutions, specializing in logo design, promotional products, and corporate gifts. We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Admin Executive to manage sales operations, issue quotes and invoices, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, prepare and issue quotes, follow up on quotes, and maintain customer records.
  • Invoicing: Issue accurate invoices, manage outstanding invoices, and maintain organized records.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain customer relationships, address queries, and provide after-sales support.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, handle calls and emails, and maintain office supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, monitor sales targets, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
