Our client is a leading provider of custom branding solutions, specializing in logo design, promotional products, and corporate gifts. We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Admin Executive to manage sales operations, issue quotes and invoices, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, prepare and issue quotes, follow up on quotes, and maintain customer records.
- Invoicing: Issue accurate invoices, manage outstanding invoices, and maintain organized records.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain customer relationships, address queries, and provide after-sales support.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, handle calls and emails, and maintain office supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, monitor sales targets, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
