Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage personnel and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Quotation Preparation: Develop and provide accurate and competitive quotations for potential projects.
• Personnel Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for construction personnel to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Instruction Delivery: Provide clear and concise instructions to personnel, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Trained in Construction Management with a minimum of MQF Level 6.
• Candidates without construction management training will also be considered, as training will be provided.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
