Role Overview:

The primary function of this role is to manage and optimize our Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) activities using Microsoft CRM. The successful candidate will ensure thatour CRM system is effectively utilized to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and customize Microsoft CRM to align with our business requirements.
  • Train and support team members in efficient CRM usage.
  • Analyse customer interactions within the CRM to improve engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams for CRM alignment.
  • Ensure high data quality within the CRM system.
  • Generate and analyze reports on CRM activities and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft CRM with proven management skills.
  • Understanding of CRM principles and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Competent in data analysis and insights derivation.
  • Experience in training and team support.

Experience

  • At least three years of experience in CRM management, preferably with Microsoft CRM.

Base Location

  • Malta (with the possibility to travel to Group Offices located in various areas in the Mediterranean)
