Job Description

The Property Management Team at our client’s company is responsible for the upkeep of all our offices including investment properties. This team works to provide the right work spaces for our staff which are safe, comfortable, productive, and sustainable. We also manage tenants and leases of our investment properties. 🔧

In this dynamic and varied role, you will work directly with the Property Manager and assist the wider team to support the day-to-day operations and ongoing projects including:

  • Planning and delegating incoming maintenance tasks
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for all building equipment and infrastructure
  • Refurbishment projects
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling Budgets
  • Managing tenants and leases

In this role you will also form part of the Personal Assistants pool and be expected to provide administrative support based on the needs of the company.

About You

This role calls for a highly meticulous individual with excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach. A confident personality, excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong organisational skills are vital within this role.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience within office management or office administration will be considered an asset.
  • IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
