Boat Maintenance Full Time Contract by Employer Worldwide

Role, Duties and Responsibilities:

Boat Polishing:

• Perform thorough cleaning and polishing of boat exteriors and interiors to maintain a high-quality appearance.
• Utilize polishing equipment and materials to remove oxidation, stains, and blemishes.
• Apply wax and protective coatings to preserve the boats finish and protect it from environmental factors.

Surface Preparation:

• Prepare hull surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and removing old coatings or rust as necessary.

General Maintenance:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks on boats.

Cleaning and Detailing:

• Assist in cleaning and detailing boat interiors and exteriors to the highest standards.
• Use cleaning products, equipment, and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and stains from various boat surfaces.
• Ensure cabins, decks, and other boat areas are clean and sanitized.

Candidate Profile, Requirements, Skills:

• Previous experience in boat maintenance and detailing is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a passion for boats and marine maintenance.
